Based on this, what would you expect when you sign up?
Questionnaire - When you join together on this journey, the first thing I will do is send you a very detailed questionnaire which covers many aspects of your life. It important that I get to know as much about you, your current lifestyle and your goals, to ensure that the guidance and programs we set up together are right for you.
Kick-off phone call – These typically take an average of 60-90 minutes and are something that I consider so vital to your success! E-mail is a great tool, but speaking at least on the phone (if not in person) is an essential element of a mutual understanding. If for some reason we cannot do this or you are not comfortable, we can make other arrangements via internet.
Needs / Goals Review – As part of the first 2 steps, we will cover exactly what you are looking to get out of this program. Do you want to finally get fit and have the body you’ve dreamed of? Want to begin working out, but in a manner where your past failures and ineffective routines are behind you, moving forward now to real results? Are you looking for increased energy through the day or better sleep at night? Do you feel down about yourself and want to build greater self-confidence? Whatever it is, we’ll make sure we are clear and I will also help you determine if you need to uncover anything that may be lying beneath your initial interpretation of goals, to get to the core of what you ‘re really looking to achieve.
Knowledge / Education - Lack of knowledge is lack of power. Just as important as guiding you with what you should or shouldn’t do, is your understanding of the reasons why! Several Personalized programs toward achieving your goals. Exercise, nutrition, food timing and meal choices, emotions and mental attitude/beliefs – accounting for your current lifestyle and goals.
Continual Personal Support – Weekly scheduled phone calls (if desired, but recommended) and continual e-mail support and Q&A (can be scheduled weekly and additional informal contact made as you need it). E-mail when you need to and I’ll also be keeping up with you to check on your progress, difficulties, etc. to guide you every step of the way, just like a good friend or next door neighbor.
Compassion and understanding – Self explanatory. We’re human beings and need to be treated as such…
Detailed Progress Evaluations and program adjustments - Scheduled at regular intervals and can also be addressed as we find that the need arises.
